After Hours Kids has a convenient onsite lab. In the evening hours, we are able to test for several common illnesses and obtain some lab results in 10-15 minutes. To schedule an appointment, call 512-499-2452.
At this time, we cannot perform any CBCs. Any routine blood work needs to be done with your child’s pediatrician at a well child exam.
Unfortunately, we cannot perform X-rays or any other imaging. If imaging is recommended following an after hours visit, the provider will send a letter to your pediatrician so he/she can make that referral. If there is an urgent need for imaging, we will refer you immediately to Dell Children’s Emergency Department and call ahead to share our concern and let them know you are on your way.
